Her routines borrow from her expertise in yoga, weight training, cardio training, and professional dance. No matter how I am feeling that day, I always leave her class with a huge smile. Local GuideGoogleI have been attending classes at Physique since December 2019 and I couldn't recommend it more. The in-studio classes are really high energy, really well ran and managed, and the dances and workouts are truly accessible for everyone, even without any prior dance experience. More than half the people I now regularly spend time with are friends through this studio, as it truly attracts incredible women who are friendly, supportive, and judgement free. During the pandemic and now beyond, the online program launched to coincide and the videos are so easy to follow and the quality is great. It's nice to be able to do a workout from hotel rooms when travelling or home when the schedule doesn't fit a workout in anywhere else. Both the online program and the in-studio classes are also really well priced. It doesn't add to the pressure of feeling like I should workout when I genuinely enjoy all of Jenna's content and classes!
