How it works

Everything you need to know before you submit.

Step 1

Upload your track, fill in your profile links, and sign the rights agreement. Takes about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Our team listens to every submission and replies within 5 business days. We look for quality recording and genre fit.

Step 3

Approved songs appear in the rhythm game with your name and a tappable link to your artist profile — on every play.

Why submit

No money changes hands. You keep your ownership. Bailar gets a license, you get visibility.

Your song is heard by dancers who actively seek out Latin music — the exact listeners you want discovering you.

Your display name + handle appear on the results screen of every rhythm game session using your track.

We host a profile page at bailar.site/artists/{handle} that links to Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, and your website.

You keep your copyright. This is a license, not a sale.
Bailar gets broad rights to use your song. Play, modify (tempo, edits for training levels), AI-analyze, and distribute within the Bailar app and its marketing.
No monetary compensation. You receive credit and promotion; this is explicit in the agreement.
You can revoke. 30-day notice by email to legal@bailar.site removes your song from new app releases. Cached copies on end-user devices can’t be recalled — that’s how apps work.
You must own what you submit. If you used a sample or co-wrote with someone, clear it before submitting. The indemnification clause puts that responsibility on you.
Florida law, Miami-Dade venue. Bailar LLC is registered in Florida.
