It’s good exercise and SO much fun and the instructors are so talented and patient. I even compete now- although it’s not required. Give it a try if you have even the slightest thought about dancing. You won’t regret it.

We didn’t have any experience starting off but Emma broke down a lot of different dances and gave us the tools to feel confident and have more fun when out dancing on date nights or other events. This is definitely a professional dance studio. Highly recommended!
