  Absolutely awesome instructor who is always there to teach and help you reach your goals ! Shae and her instructors take time to show you correct form and dances. Your safety is their priority. Shae has a vibrant and caring personality that wins you over immediately! The music, the moves, the fun 100%++ recommend! Doesnt matter your level of fitness or experience, everyone is in a safe and comfortable environment! I cannot express enough how great Inspirationz is!!

  This is a very professional workout experience. From the choreography to the choice of music, you workout your entire body while having so much fun. The instructors are amazing and take time to teach you the moves and explain what muscle group you are working. Safety is a priority which is very reassuring.

  Definitely the best experience ever. Really good music and the workout it's really worth it. Instructors are amazing and they greet you with a smile all the time giving their 100 %. Give it a try it's a really good workout. 💪

  Before I started coming here I had been to other places and I had not seen the professionalism they have here. Shae and her instructors are very upbeat and positive and they transfers that to you. Shae makes sure to teach us the right technique so we wont get hurt. It does not matter what level you are at she will teach you how to adjust the exercise to fit you.
