  Although this studio seems like a great place for dance lessons for kids and adults, this review is for the yoga classes that are taught on Tuesday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Anne is an awesome yoga teacher. Her classes are accessible without being boring and she makes sure that each person is comfortable and getting the most out of each pose. My favorite class is the Sunday one since it is yin style, with poses being held for a few minutes at a time... I always feel like I've had a massage after class, and it gets rid of all my aches and pains for the week. But if you like a more active, vinyasa style, you should try the Thursday class. Classes are only $15 each if you buy a package which is so reasonable compared to the prices other places charge. I highly recommend!
