He takes you step by step, so there's no need to stress when you're a beginner, and he offers helpful tips to improve along the way. I'm autistic and had an easy enough time following the flow of the classes. The other students are friendly, too, so you'll meet some really cool people.

Held at a Yoga studio on the 2nd floor. Lots of teaching, but still pretty chill environment to learn in. 2 hrs total with the 1st hour being shines and the 2nd hour being partner work. Class started on time and ended on time. If you are a beginner, it seems like Mondays are the days for you to go (I have not been to a Monday class).
