“Teachers are nice people, super talented dancers, but priority is performance, and not a place to learn social dancing. Different instructors nearly every class with poor continuity of content, go through 2 months of beginner salsa or bachata spending more than half of class times on warm-ups and solo footwork, and end up without a basic set of practiced go-to partner patterns to enjoy a social dance (inexcusable if goal is to get social dancers having fun, which can be done in two months of class time with the right approach). definitely go there if you are an intermediate or advanced dancer who will devote the time and practice to seriously up your game.”
