I love taking classes here with Gail! She is an excellent teacher and she really tries to make everyone feel comfortable. During Covid shutdown she even offered virtual classes via Zoom. Classes are very reasonable priced for the quality classes!

I love Albany Dance & Fitness. I take ballet classes there and Gail is the best! A wonderful teacher and person!

I love Gails classes. They are structured with correct classical training but everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. Plus we laugh a lot. The karma is awsome!

I absolutely love taking classes with Gail. I feel welcomed and comfortable. Gail will always adjust the class to accommodate the students level and ability. A battle with connective tissue disease has altered my athletic ability but the Essentrics Gentle Stretch is a great class to slowly build strength and flexibility. Much better than going to a gym.
