• “Update: After posting an honest review, the senior instructor manager called me, assuming to follow up on their very nice calculated response (original attached) to my original review so I calmly explained our experience and acknowledged that our original instructor may have had good intentions, but the service did not match what we paid for. During the call, I was repeatedly interrupted and told this was a “great training opportunity” for their team. I was offered one free class with noise canceling headphones to fix the issue, days before my wedding. By that point, we had already hired someone else. To make matters worse, I was then asked to remove my review because they “did not want others to see it” and claimed it was not an accurate representation. It is 100 percent accurate. We paid for a professional service and did not receive it. We followed up multiple times. We were patient. We were respectful. In return, we were dismissed and then asked to erase our experience. Save your money and find a studio that respects your time and delivers what they promise. ——————————- We chose this studio for our wedding dance lessons and left very disappointed. We paid close to $900 for our lessons. From our second class, we were told we would receive a cut version of our song. That never happened. We had to follow up multiple times after our lessons ended. Eventually, we were sent a video version instead of the promised cut audio file. Most of our practices were not done with the actual edited music. Many times we practiced without music at all. Other times we were competing with other couples’ music in the studio. That made it hard to focus and rehearse properly for our first dance. Each session was a paid hour. We consistently received closer to 45 minutes. We felt rushed almost every time. During our final paid session, we were handed off to another instructor to “work out the kinks.” She did not even know our dance or what we were dancing to! Instead, it felt like an organized sales pitch rather than focused instruction. This experience did not match what was promised or what we paid for. We cannot recommend this studio based on our experience.”
