Absolutely loved this venue, it was perfect for our daughters’ Sweet 16 and Tatiana is amazing to work with. Very accommodating, kind, thoughtful and extremely professional! She and her staff took care of our needs from start to finish! Cannot say enough good things! I will most definitely be using them for future events!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had while renting Ms. Tatyana’s venue for my gender reveal event.
I first toured the facility with my event planner on July 17, 2025. During the tour, Ms. Tatyana assured us that wall décor could be removed, we would be permitted to use her speaker for music, and we might be able to decorate the day before the event. She also stated that when a client books the space, the venue is reserved exclusively for that event. Based on these representations and her initial professionalism, I proceeded with the booking.
Per her instructions, my event planner contacted her two weeks before the event to confirm setup details. At that time, we were told that early access to the venue was no longer allowed and that setup could only begin one hour before the event, which was scheduled for October 4, 2025. I called Ms. Tatyana directly to explain that my planner was working alone and would need additional time. After some discussion, she agreed to allow access on Friday, October 3rd at 5:30 p.m., provided the building was secured afterward.
However, when my planner arrived, she was initially told she could stay as long as needed, then was later charged $20 to stay until 10:00 p.m. Additionally, she was informed that she could not return to the venue until 2:00 p.m. the following day, leaving only one hour to complete setup before the 3:00 p.m. start time.
When we arrived on the day of the event, Ms. Tatyana was holding a dance class in the same space that had been partially decorated the night before. The class did not conclude until approximately 2:10–2:15 p.m., delaying our setup further. Despite prior assurances that the venue would be reserved exclusively for our use that day, this was not honored.
Further issues arose when Ms. Tatyana refused to remove seasonal fall decorations that clashed with our bee-themed décor, declined to move chairs even though we had arranged to bring our own, and refused to allow our DJ to use her speaker—stating publicly, in front of guests, that I “did not pay for that service.” At no point during booking or our prior discussions was there mention of an additional fee for use of the speaker, and I would have been willing to pay had that been communicated.
When I attempted to discuss these discrepancies with her, Ms. Tatyana became defensive and presented the contract in a dismissive manner rather than engaging in a professional discussion. While I understand the importance of adhering to contracts, my concerns were focused on the difference between what was promised during the booking process and what was delivered during the event.
Based on the overall experience, it appears Ms. Tatyana may have overbooked or mismanaged scheduling on the date of my event. Unfortunately, this resulted in a rushed, stressful, and disappointing experience on a day that should have been celebratory.
I also never received my deposit refund, though I had not initially intended to request one. My primary concern is the unprofessional handling of communication, scheduling, and customer service leading up to and during my event.
I do want to note that Ms. Tatyana’s assistant was extremely kind, courteous, and professional throughout, and her efforts were appreciated. However, the overall experience with Ms. Tatyana herself was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of service represented during booking.
As a paying customer, and especially as an expectant mother, I felt disregarded and disrespected during a milestone occasion that should have been handled with care and professionalism. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to prevent other clients from experiencing similar issues in the future.

Unfortunately I can say the same, I have not had more unrealistic client than you in all my years of business.
1. You booked venue for 1 day for 4 hours, but demanded 2 days of 6 hours, which we accommodated.
2. You did not select or pay for any options per contract, but demanded to receive them for free - like music equipment and linens.
3. Your group damaged walls of my venue by using pins and heavy duty sticky tapes and did not pay for it.
4. You had 3 hours to decorate, but received 6 and I accommodated and upcharded only $20.
5. You requested to remove Fall decor and chairs 20 min before scheduled event time and did not bother to mention this a day before and I did it all.
6. I went above and beyond helping your decorator a day before and stayed there from 5pm till 10:30pm.
7. Sorry you had a bad experience considering that we did our best to keep you happy. Deposit is used to secure your date and applies to final payment, you are not getting your deposit back, it's part of your final payment for using venue. And unfortunately our business has strict policies and because you like freebies, we will not bend our rules and you signed an invoice that stated all the things that you selected to have. Which was only a venue for 4 hours plus 3 hours of decorating and nothing else.

Tatyana is an amazing dance teacher! She’s patient, professional, and makes learning so much fun. The classes are welcoming and enjoyable, and I’ve gained so much confidence on the dance floor. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to improve their dance skills or just have a fun evening out!

We’ve been working with Katie on our first dance for our wedding and she’s been so wonderful! As two people with zero dance experience she has put together the perfect fun routine for us and we are so excited to perform it at our wedding.
Response from Ballroom DanceTime
I enjoyed working with both of you two wonderful people! You picked a great song and I absolutely loved brining it to life with choreography and it turned out fantastic! Thank you for such a great experience and for all your dedication to have the most amazing first dance!
