If you’re looking for a place where your child can build confidence, discipline, and real skill, Colossal Fight Co. is outstanding. My son started training here in the mornings & matches the vibe. We could tell we’d fit in. The coaches are highly skilled and do an excellent job connecting with the kids. Coach Davy & the crew put in the time & effort to try learn about the students (more than just names) and help them get out of class what they(and their parents) are looking for. (And shoutout to my fellow parents who cheer from the sidelines 😆) I could see after the first class that they genuinely care about building real “culture.” They push the students, encourage them, and hold them accountable while keeping training fun. The flow of class is to learn techniques, learn the “why”, and then apply. (As I type this, coaches are walking through matches and giving real-time feedback on “if they do this, you do that” I just heard a coach say, “we don’t teach that” and another say “yes, that’s how you get leverage. Good job!” And constant chants of “don’t give up”) This week they’ve been working a variety of takedowns, escapes, and real world applications of techniques. The facility is clean, organized, and built for serious training. They absolutely take pride in the space. Shoutout to these coaches for their role in helping build confidence, focus, and skill. That’s a big part of what makes this place special and worth it. Highly recommend for any parent considering jiu jitsu classes for kids.

My 2 teen daughters didn't want to take jujitsu but after a few classes they are loving it. It is fun to watch them practice at home because they want to. The instructor are amazing, funny and very knowledgeable. They focus on safety when teaching them, and because of this, it really helped my girls feel safe practicing with the boys in their class. I highly recommend this gym.

Great gym, the coaches are extremely skilled, they make what they do look effortless. This is one of the gyms that seems to adapt to the improvement of martial arts, always keeping up with the most modern techniques. As a college student, life gets busy and sometimes funds gets reduced, but David prioritized my improvement over impedances. Come to this gym with some dedication and see yourself improve at a very fast rate.

Colossal has a great atmosphere and truly emphasizes good sportsmanship. The instructors, Davy & Jesiah, are amazing with children and help them understand the importance of both winning & losing with grace and learning from it. They teach in a way that reaches multiple age groups, making sure important concepts are clear and understood. The training is excellent & students are consistently challenged and encouraged to grow. We especially appreciate the opportunities provided for homeschoolers, filling a crucial gap in our community. Our 6 kids have been training here since 2024 and love it. Highly recommend!

I was a gymless man just trying to wrestle strangers at work, in back alleys, and seedy apartments. One of Colossal’s purple belts scooped me out of the gutter on a cold winter day and brought me inside. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to land and train.
