  Kyle is an amazing instructor! He’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made learning our dance so easy and fun. We picked it up in just four sessions, and everyone at our wedding absolutely loved our performance. Thank you, Kyle, for helping make our big day even more special!

  September/October 2021- I had a really bad experience trying to set up a trial lesson at this location. No one answered my email or picked up any of my calls at the dumbo location. Finally I walked over after work one day and I found that the place was closed! None of this has been updated on their social media or website. 53 bridge street is CLOSED and now a jewelry store according to the kind person in the suite next door who popped out to explain.

  My wife and I took about 10 dance lessons with Kyle and he was a fantastic instructor who made us feel confident from day one. We felt that his approach was extremely intuitive and practical, always with an eye on being realistic with goals. He was honest about not overcomplicating the dance based on his experience with couples and knowing that couples always get nervous and are susceptible to tripping up on the big day. Kyle prepared us thoroughly and his approach really paid off because our dance turned out fantastic and our mistakes were minimized and controlled. As a teacher, Kyle was humorous and friendly, which put us at ease and helped us relax and focus. He was very patient and creative in his solutions to questions and issues. Kyle was also extremely flexible with his scheduling and ability to meet at hours and at a frequency that matched our busy schedule. Thanks to Kyle, my wife and I were able to learn a beautiful waltz dance within a short period of time that we never thought we would've been able to learn. It made our wedding day so special, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family. We had a fun and wonderful experience working with Kyle, and we would recommend him and Dance Reverie in a heartbeat!

  SO HAPPY we made the decision to do these lessons!! My husband and I had Kyle as our instructor and took a total of 6 lessons beginning just a few weeks before our wedding day. Each lesson built off the last one which allowed us to pick it up quickly. At the end of our lessons we felt confident and excited to show off what we had learned. We also had a lot of fun practicing on our own. Working with Kyle was a pleasure and he made it a fun and enjoyable activity for us in the middle of our wedding planning chaos. When we finally performed our routine our guests went wild and were totally blown away, and we have Kyle to thank for that. We definitely recommend you do it. It made our wedding so much more exciting and enjoyable!

  Hanna is truly a godsend. Against our better judgment, we chose a waltz for our first wedding dance but she taught us a couple of flashy dips (and somehow talked me into doing a lift) to make it a truly interesting routine. More importantly, she teaches really solid fundamentals that can be incorporated into all styles of dance and makes the whole thing a ton of fun. Looking forward to rounding up a group and going back for more!
