I am so grateful this incredible ecstatic dance exists! Wonderful people, great DJs, always an enjoyable warm-up class, very family-friendly for all ages. This is also a beginner-friendly dance, there is definitely the opportunity for contact dancing but that's NOT an expectation here. This is a really safe, friendly container - where you can truly show up as you are and move how YOU want/need to ✨

The dance community, specifically Denver Ecstatic Dance, has made such a massive positive impact on my life. I've been dancing regularly with Denver Ecstatic Dance since late 2022. Sometimes it's just a silly fun dance, and other times it's been transformational somatic processing. I am so very grateful for this community. I've found my people!

Amazing!!! The ballroom is beautiful. The energy of the people was so positive and uplifting! The music was Sooo good! I was in my bliss dancing without others drinking or using drugs. No worries about being hit on by strangers, as is the norm at the clubs. I absolutely Love it!❤️
