Straight from my heart… I love this place. I love the people. I focused on Pilates. These classes were inspirational and challenging Yulia and Chipo, My love and respect!! The pro-style workout gym, cold plunges, luxurious new sauna and fitness class rooms and accoutrement make this the sweetest Crucian experience 2 thumbs, straight up. Nick

Repudiatiory breach of contract. Mariesa refuses to refund the money I paid for services never rendered. I paid for dry needling - she never performed the dry needling. I paid for the yoga teacher training - she told me prior to enrolling I would be able to complete the course online. So after paying a huge sum of money and attending 100 hours of class in person when I requested the online classes Mariesa was unable to do so. So after investing time, money, taking time off of work, and showing up to class - Mariesa failed to provide the classes online as she had promised. When I demanded a full refund - she thought a partial refund was appropriate. When I demanded a full refund - she never responded to my email. Bad KARMA Mariesa - what you did was a full on scam bait and switch. To offer services - have someone pay - and then not provide those services is FRAUD. I am seeking legal counsel and will be filing suit to get my money back for services Mariesa never provided. BEWARE OF THIS YOGA STUDIO. I am also considering filing suit for the emotional and mental distress this course caused me. PSA it is NOT NORMAL - for yoga teacher training courses to have participants sit in a circle and share traumas and cry - that is what CULTS do. I am disabled - and this was NOT a safe welcoming space. The Yoga Teacher Training had bizarre cult vibes to it and the entire yoga studio felt like a pyramid scheme multi level marketing cash grab - if you have a lot of money - you will be welcomed here. Cults and pyramid schemes prey upon those seeking healing. There were a few a good teachers here. Still. CULTY weird vibes. (One of the teachers even attended a full on known cult school in Canada…) And full on fraud are not where I care to practice yoga. NAMASTE - speak yer truth. This yoga teacher training course was destructive to my mental health and well being and Mariesa saw I was incredibly distressed and her only concern was upsell. Speak yer truth - I hope to prevent anyone else from being scammed, conned, defrauded, and preyed upon - this is not a safe space. Also. Not ADA accessible. Bad vibes all around - always listen to yer gut.

This is an amazing oasis right in the middle of town. They offer a robust schedule of classes and other wellness opportunities. The staff, owner and other students were friendly and inviting. Can’t say enough positive things!

We were on the island for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving and from the first phone call with Rani until leaving, this place and the people were fabulous. Great location, facilities, equipment & access. No better place to go!
