  I absolutely loved my experience with Olivia - down to all the little details! Booking our first lesson was so easy on her website. When we arrived at the studio, I noted how beautiful the floors were and how sweet the air smelled. She is such a warm and sweet person. I asked her a question during my first lesson and she remembered and referenced it weeks later! There are lots of great dancers out there - but Olivia is more than just a skilled dancer - she is a great teacher and communicator and that’s exactly what I was looking for!

  My girlfriend’s been begging me to try a dance lesson for a date night, and despite my hesitance Olivia understood the assignment and made the experience comfortable and entertaining for us both. We have very different levels and dance experience, but Olivia had great presence identifying and working with that skill gap. We had a great date, great vibes, and both picked up something new from the instruction.

  My husband and I have been students of Olivia for two years and we absolutely love our time with her! I grew up dancing (classically - not ballroom), but my husband had no dance experience prior to our first lesson and that didn't matter one bit. Olivia is the perfect instructor for all experience levels. Her clear communication, openness, musicality, and enthusiasm make the entire process fun for us both. Learning to dance can feel a little intimidating - technique, rhythm, getting your footing... but it never feels that way with Olivia. She truly has a tender way of making all of her students feel comfortable and unafraid to blunder along the way. Her passion for dance is totally contagious! Throughout our time with her, we have learned several styles of dance (rumba, foxtrot, and club swing, to name a few). She even choreographed our first dance for our wedding. All throughout, dancing has become our favorite hobby. I would sing her praises to anyone who is looking to try something new - either with a partner or on their own!

  My husband and I found Olivia when we decided to do dance lessons in preparation for our First Dance at our wedding. Olivia is amazing! She choreographed our entire 4 minute dance, taking into consideration our individual personalities and relationship dynamic. She helped us to learn the basic steps of Foxy and we built the dance around that, incorporating lifts, dips, spins and even Dirty Dancing references. We had a blast with Olivia at every lesson. Not only did she teach us to be awesome dancers, able to impress all of our family and friends at the wedding, but she tolerated our shenanigans and had fun right along with us. We can’t wait to go back and get more lessons from Olivia, just for fun!

  Born with 3 left feet and ZERO rhythm, there was no amount of alcohol that could spark in me even the smallest moment of confidence on the dance floor. I had always thought that you were born a dancer OR an observer. That all changed with Olivia's tremendous patience and skillful instruction. She persevered and kept smiling through my many missteps. My first lesson with Olivia was prompted by a strong desire to not embarrass nor injure my daughter at her wedding reception. (Mission accomplished!!) Our current lessons in Salsa and Bachata promise a very active vacation in Punta Cana. I'm not Fred Astaire, but I'm no longer Fred Flintstone! The first step was the hardest.... Thanks Olivia!!!
