Booked a class on Eventbrite for Tuesday 11/25 at 7:30pm. Arrived on time, but no one was there. Place looked abandoned. Maybe they are on a break, but we got no cancellation and still need to request refund for the tickets we payed for. Plans for special anniversary evening went bust :(

Tried out the funk body class and absolutely loved it! Was so unique and I was able to really connect with my body, get out of my head, and drop into the present moment! I didn’t expect to get such a killer workout from it too while having so much fun! Jessi was amazing ! Can’t wait to take another class 😊

Funk&Flow is an experience like no other. Jessi provides a safe environment for all those who want to flow (dance experience not needed). The studio had become my “happy place” over the last few years I have been attending. The Funk Body class on Saturdays gets me through my week knowing I have it to look forward to. If you are debating on trying a class, stop overthinking and just go. You won’t regret it!

Jessi is a singular talent who infuses each class with the best energy, music & movement! Nothing else compares!!!! The studio welcomes every-body & offers community from day one!

The studio is incredibly inviting and the classes are always super energetic and motivating! I love the way Jessi teaches the Funk Body class, focusing on intentional movement and mobility. I’ve learned so much! Also one of my favorite parts is that the music is diverse so each class feels unique.
