GoogleI took 10 week beginner class. Everyone was so nice and encouraging and having the dance afterwards helps with reinforcing the steps we learned each time. Most of the people there were younger than myself and were kind enough to dance with me. It's great exercise and I like it a lot better than the gym besides dancing has the highest rating for seniors to maintain your memory. So it's a win-win in every category!
