Your safety is their priority. Shae has a vibrant and caring personality that wins you over immediately! The music, the moves, the fun 100%++ recommend! Doesnt matter your level of fitness or experience, everyone is in a safe and comfortable environment! I cannot express enough how great Inspirationz is!!

The instructors are amazing and take time to teach you the moves and explain what muscle group you are working. Safety is a priority which is very reassuring.

Shae and her instructors are very upbeat and positive and they transfers that to you. Shae makes sure to teach us the right technique so we wont get hurt. It does not matter what level you are at she will teach you how to adjust the exercise to fit you.
