The venue has a single push door entry and venue is accessible. They sell dance apparel for practice, lessons, and competitions. They sell earrings and beautiful blank dance greeting cards to garner funds for renovation Chairs in venue are accessible. Restroom offers a 2ftx2ft space Free accessible parking in lot shared with other venues. Signs indicate that they are in process of doing some renovation but venue is accessible”

I made one false start at another studio where I felt lesser-than because I was on a class/party package with no private lessons. I had all but given up when I met Jane and her business partner Fritzi. I felt the authenticity and sincerity immediately. The studio's focus is on affordable, substantive group classes which I have been enjoying for a while now. It's a friendly, no-pressure place with quality instructors – people who really love to dance and it shows. PS Renovations have made the dance floor twice its original size!”

• “Where do I start... Let's start with the fact that I called and asked about private lessons which we were told it would be 10 classes but in some cases we can get the dance down in 5. Pay up front for all 5 then we will decide if we need more... I found it fair enough... I sent the music recorded by our band how they will play the edited song along with information that we have zero dance skills and need a simple dance with maybe a couple of spins. 2 weeks later when we came to our first class........ the dance teacher we were assigned didnt even know we have a song picked out...... not to mention was never provided the music or information by the owner lady Jane... First lesson was not only waste of time but also waste of our money. We were practicing 3 step move which we didnt need nor wanted to do. I expected them to have the basic choreography figured out prior to our arrival as we discussed over the phone they would come.up with one.simple one for us and were promised 100 percent satisfaction Well lesson 2 a week later was just as bad when all they came up was 15 seconds of the "dance" and it is- my now husband standing in the middle and me walking around him .... lesson 3 they changed that up and came up to both of us walking around each other and added 2 spins. Lesson 4 they changed everything again and now they added spins in between the other times. Lesson 5 they still didnt have an ending so by the end of the lesson 5 they figured we will walk around for the last 45 seconds of the song and smile at our wedding guests ..... then they had the nerve to say we will need more lessons....I asked for a video of what we have gotten so far and it took them nearly 3 weeks to get it to me... Joseph who was our teacher kept saying he will get it to us soon and Jane said she needs to record it with someone else and send to us because Joseph wont be in for several weeks.... and from each promised date to another they had different excuses as to why I am not receiving the video when it is all their laziness and lock of professionalism .... when we received the promised video after numerous invalid excuses I noticed they changed things up AGAIN... and we were left with 4 weeks before our departure for our wedding. I would never recommend them because they are thief and do not provide services they promise. They lie and try to rob you off your money. Took payment up front underdeliveted probably on purpose in order to charge more ... we went to another studio after and in 3 lessons we had a whole new dance and after 2 more it was mastered. Avoid this place if you can. .... If you made it this far I recommend paying attention to the dates in screenshot of messages. This is how long ive been asking for what I paid for.”
