Local GuideGoogleI reached out to Jess, owner, of the studio for a consultation. We met, I asked to sit down at one of his sessions; unfortunately I arrived late but spoke with him a little before one of his students walked in. He gave me an impromptu ten minute introductory which I appreciated then asked if I wanted to take a lesson that same day after his scheduled class. I told him I would reach-out when ready. Today he reached out again via text. I told him his limited two day in the afternoon schedule conflicted with my schedule. He said I was playing games and he didn’t think I was interested. He was scolding me. Very unprofessional. He doesn’t have many reviews but the ones I read are not very convincing so I was a bit hesitant until today. I had taken two years of classes prior to moving to CO; I was indeed interested just not at this studio.

I found Ms. Rivera to be a difficult person to deal with. She set an appointment to visit the studio and was an hour and a half late and did not call. She set another appointment for a lesson and that did not work out as well. I did not scold her. I asked if she was really interested or just playing games. Which I feel is a fair question.
