  I've been attending this new location for Diva Den for over a year now and am thrilled by the changes my health and fitness have made since regularly taking classes. The classes offered have a wide variety and the instructors are knowledgeable, have amazing choreography, fun energizing music are all inclusive and kind. The members are welcoming and intentional at building community. This is the place to go for any body, any skill/level and the cost for membership is so affordable for what you get. The owner, Shawn and her staff do a good job at maintaining the facility and are kind and approachable. I've made new friends that have transitioned to outside the gym for fun adventures. I never get bored of the classes as the instructors do such a great job keeping it fresh. Would give it 10 stars if I could. I encourage to you try a week for free and take as many of the classes as you can to see the wide range of styles available.

  Four years ago my friend suggested a local studio she had heard about for Zumba. Little did I realize that Diva Den would soon change my life in a big way. It would become like a second home and the instructors, friends that I look forward to seeing week after week. We have sampled many great classes over the years, and believe me there has been MANY, but our weekly favorites are yoga, barre, Pilates, WERK, TurnUp, Zumba, and DPH. Aside from the classes, there have been great workshops (self defense, yoga and meditation), much appreciated on-site childcare, and a supportive and friendly staff. It is a welcoming and safe place for women to work on their minds and bodies. I recommend Diva Den to any woman who asks, and if you are reading this, first weeks free - push out of your comfort zone and you might find something really special.

  Laurel did such a great job instructing me through my very first pole class as well as creating a comfortable environment! Happy to say the Covid protocols they have in place made it not only enjoyable but also safe. Genuinely looking forward to joining the 101 course!

  I joined Diva Den in November 2017 and really enjoyed the workouts and instructors. I've always appreciated the variety of classes and the instructors who pushed me to do my best. It wasn't until I couldn't go for two+ months due to the pandemic that I realized how much more than a gym Diva Den is for me. It's an incredible community of strong, supportive women and I'm so grateful to be a part of it! Give Diva Den a try - you won't be disappointed!
