Celebrate movement, confidence, and feminine energy in this empowering women’s dance class. Explore vibrant Latin rhythms, expressive Flamenco, sensual belly dance, and more—no partner needed. Designed to honor moms and women of all ages, this class is about feeling strong, radiant, and fully alive through dance.
