Deepen your partner connection and build the confidence to move beyond memorized patterns and dance with greater freedom. This class focuses on smooth leading and following, body awareness, musical interpretation, and natural flow between movements. You will develop the skills needed to feel comfortable, expressive, and connected in real social dance settings while refining technique and control. No partner needed.
