  We worked with Justine for our "first dance" routine, and what a fun experience it was! We found Fred Astaire through our venue during one of their “dance lesson” events for clients. Neither of us had any formal dance experience, but we really enjoyed the intro lesson and decided to sign up for one of their packages leading up to our wedding. We gave Justine our song, and she took care of the rest. She was incredibly patient and did a great job explaining everything in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident. I’ll admit, I enjoyed it a lot more than i expected! We shared details about our venue and outfits, and she thoughtfully incorporated small touches into the choreography to enhance our dance. In just four lessons, we had our routine down pat. It was such a fun experience to share with my partner, and we had an absolute blast performing it at our wedding.

  We can’t thank Hunter and the entire team at Fred Astaire enough! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming — it truly felt like a team learning environment, even for two people like us with absolutely no dance experience (and definitely two left feet). Over 15 private lessons, Hunter took us from nervous and unsure to confident and genuinely excited for our first dance. What once felt intimidating turned into one of the highlights of our wedding day. We felt calm, prepared, and so proud to share our choreographed dance with our family and friends. If you’re on the fence about learning a first dance — do it, and do it here! It’s an experience we’ll never forget.

  My fiance and I attended classes here to learn our first dance for our wedding. We worked with Victoria who was an absolute gem and a really great instructor. We had no dance experience and she helped us so much! Honestly everyone who works at this studio is SO friendly and personable and helps put you at ease right away. Highly recommend this studio!

  What I love about them is that they introduce dance steps and music to people who have never danced and have limited experience in ever dancing anywhere. They are kind and gentle and allow you to video the steps, while they’re trying to teach you to practice your dances, for weddings and events in for young and old. They are very kind and respectful of abilities and movements, and won’t push you if you’re uncomfortable but will encourage you. They have a great team there! Thank you Hunter, Sam, Alvaro, Pearl, Diana, Joey, Ely, Tina, and your fabulous team!

  Best dance studio experience ever! My wife and I came in with little to no dance experience and a serious lack of confidence, but from the very first lesson, Alvaro Chagollan made us feel comfortable and supported. He was patient, encouraging, funny, and incredibly skilled at breaking things down in a way that made learning fun and stress-free. We also learned a lot from the group lessons and dance parties, which added to the experience. We never expected dancing to be this fun and going to the studio whether for private or group lessons quickly became the highlight of our week! What started as nerves and two left feet turned into pure excitement as we built confidence with every lesson. By the time our first dance arrived, we felt completely prepared and most importantly, we had an amazing time performing it! Our guests were blown away, and we owe it all to Alvaro Chagollan and the incredible team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. If you’re on the fence about taking dance lessons, look no further! This studio not only teaches you how to dance but also builds your confidence and makes the experience truly unforgettable. 100% recommend Fred Astaire Dance Studios every day of the week!

  I love going to this place to learning new dance. Samuel is very patient with me and group dance classes are only $15.
