“I wanted to expand my knowledge of dancing after Bad Bunny's DTMF album released. I found this studio page and took a look at their Instagram and decided to try a class out. I struggled a lot within the first class (with some major two left feet issues) but had incredible instructors such as Cristian who immediately noticed and did not give up on me. Since then, I have attended classes on a primarily weekly basis on Mondays and many socials hosted through the community for several months now. I love how a majority of the instructors have all rotated and taught different days and weeks allowing dancers to learn from a variety of phenomenal teachers🕺💃! This community has been incredibly welcoming. Not only do the instructors offer kind and constructive feedback to help correct and improve one's form without feeling discouraged, but the students and community as a whole also helps one another to have fun and continue pushing through one's progression. The academy has had a wide range of invited teachers from out state also come to offer some astounding workshops and greater vocabulary/appreciation for other styles of salsa and fusion elements! I have managed to convince and bring a few friends to the dance community while also meeting so many wonderful people as well! Oh, did I mention they have had volunteer salsa days on Fridays for several months now as well? The volunteer events have been incredible to be apart of as well! I wholeheartedly recommend this academy and studio for anyone interested in getting exposure to dancing or looking for overall growth!”

“When I started my dance journey I was so intimidated to step foot in a studio but I've really found a second home at Phoenix Salsa Dance. The instructors are incredibly gifted, they welcome you and encourage you to challenge yourself. I've greatly enjoyed the community I've found here and the classes keep you coming back for more, it is truly addicting! If you want to learn salsa, this is a great place to start. It's $15-$20 a class and they also have packages available. I highly recommend this studio if you want to start learning or even level up!
