If you looking to grow your practice in pole, seduction, full body growth as well as just great professionalism come here! Lydia the owner and her whole staff has been amazing. I am much stronger mental and physical since I’ve been constantly doing pole. I’ve done beginning, pole conditioning, twerk and aerobics classes.

I just had my fourth or fifth class here. I’m a beginner and I absolutely love taking classes. I feel welcomed and my instructor Lydia was really nice and helpful.
