Before you submit

  • Videos on Bailar are embedded from public social posts — the video file itself lives on Instagram / YouTube / TikTok / Facebook. If the source platform removes the post, the embed on Bailar will stop playing automatically.
  • If you're the owner of a studio listing and just want to hide a video from your page, the faster path is to claim the listing and toggle it off from your studio dashboard.
  • Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice can expose you to damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

You may also email a complete DMCA notice to dmca@bailar.site. Include every element required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)(A). Incomplete notices can't be actioned.
