  For anyone looking to dip their toes into the Latin dance world, you have come to the right place.  Fanny Salsa Dance is your one-stop shop for Latin dancing!  Whether you are looking to pick up a new hobby, get in some fun cardio, or become a full-blown competitive dancer, Fanny is your go-to dance instructor! Personally, I have been taking lessons for almost two years now.  I started as a beginner with zero Latin dance background, and I was hooked within the first couple of months.  The classes are very beginner-friendly, well-structured, and very informative, all while being a lot of fun as well!  You don't need a partner for the lessons either. Fanny also hosts a variety of dance socials at various local venues with DJs, live music, themed parties, potlucks, etc.  They are always a blast and the perfect place to practice, be social, and dance with all of the great people from the community. Fanny's passion for Latin dancing is truly unmatched.  She combines her vast expertise with her love for teaching, which makes a world of difference in the caliber of her lessons and the environment she creates.  I can't recommend Fanny Salsa Dance enough.  Come out and join the community!

  Fanny Dance class is an essential activity in our community that serves as cultural awareness, physical fitness and the promotion of other Latino art traditions(i.e. live music/performance) to the public.

  I am so grateful to have an instructor like Fanny. I am 61 years old and have always been a dancer starting out with fancy shawl at the age of 12, which is a popular style in the native American pow wow. And throughout my journey in dance in Los Angeles CA I have been fortunate to learn under many instructors and different styles. Fanny is by far right up there with the best of them. I will continue to follow Fanny and learn everything she has to offer and hopefully one day I can dance half as good as Fanny can. Thank you Fanny! Darice Sampson

  Fanny is an excellent, award-winning teacher! She breaks down the steps, is aware of every student during class so she can help those that need it, and makes it fun! I recommend her highly! Her classes encompass many different ability levels. The social events she hosts are a blast! You do not need a partner. You rotate during class. There are many benefits to doing this. You learn something new with every partner you dance with, you get to know the other students so you feel comfortable asking them to dance during social events and you make new friends. It is a very welcoming, inclusive community. Honestly, starting Salsa dance was one of the best things I ever did for myself!
