Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Merengue, & More! Every Friday night! Upstairs @Ochos. Must Be 21 or Older. Lesson + Dancing 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Salsa & Bachata - Beginner Lesson (1 hour) 8:30 PM - 1:00 AM Social Dancing $16 per person for Lesson + Social Dancing Limited to 34 people for the lesson Pre-pay for your Lesson at OchosBoise.com/dance Social Dancing only 8:30 PM - 1:00 AM Social Dancing $10 per person for Social Dancing: pay at-the-door (we accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp) *FAQ* What type of dancing is typically taught during the beginner lesson? 30 minutes of beginner Bachata and 30 minutes of beginner Salsa. Why is the one hour lesson scheduled over 1.5 hours? Typically we have check-in time & warm-up music playing before the lesson starts. Sometimes there is a brief break between the Salsa and Bachata lesson. Plus, the instructor(s) might stick around for ~15 minutes after the lesson to answer questions or to dance while beginner-friendly dance music is playing. What should I wear? We're in Idaho, so wear what feels comfortable to you! For both men and women, the most important thing is to wear shoes that allow you to pivot! That might be comfortable shoes with leather soles, indoor sneakers, or dance shoes. Do I need a partner? Nope! Come alone, or with a friend, or a group of friends!
