About the night

Successor to the Rhine-Main region's most traditional milonga ('Milonga am Mittwoch'), now held Thursdays as Noche Azul. Rotating DJs bring an excellent, traditional music selection. The dance level is generally good to excellent; ambitious newcomers willing to adapt to the flow are welcome too.

Guests should know how mirada and cabeceo work. When entering the ronda — after the tanda's first ~20 seconds — make eye contact with the leader of the couple you want to merge in front of before stepping in. Don't delay, and don't crowd the couple ahead (leave room for their turns and backsteps). Detailed instructions here!
