Profile → Help & support → write us directly from the app. The ticket attaches your device info + account ID so we can diagnose faster.
What to include
For fastest help, tell us:
- What you were trying to do
- What actually happened (ideally a screenshot)
- Your device + app version (Profile → About shows both)
When we're slower
Weekends, holidays, and the week after a big congress we sometimes run a day or two behind. Urgent account issues (can't sign in, charged twice) get prioritized regardless.
