Shop Terms
Terms governing merchandise purchases from bailar.site/shop — order fulfillment via Printful drop-ship, returns, affiliate disclosure.

These Shop Terms govern purchases of physical merchandise from the Bailar shop located at bailar.site/shop (the “Shop”). Bailar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (successor by statutory conversion effective May 4, 2026 to Bailar LLC, a Florida limited liability company) (“Bailar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the merchant of record for Shop orders. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy are incorporated by reference; these Shop Terms control over the Terms of Service in the event of conflict with respect to Shop orders.
1. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT
1.1 Print-on-demand drop-ship. The Shop catalog is produced on demand by Printful, Inc. (the “Fulfillment Partner”) and shipped directly to you. Bailar does not maintain physical inventory of Shop merchandise.
1.2 Acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorized by Stripe and the order is routed to the Fulfillment Partner. We may decline or cancel an order before that point for any reason, including unavailable stock, pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses in jurisdictions to which we cannot lawfully ship.
1.3 Production and shipping time. Production typically takes 2–5 business days; shipping time depends on your country and the carrier and is shown at checkout. Bailar is not responsible for carrier-side delays once an order has shipped.
1.4 Sanctioned destinations. Bailar does not ship to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions of Ukraine) or to persons listed on the U.S. Treasury OFAC SDN list.
2. PRICING AND TAXES
2.1 Prices in the Shop are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and exclude shipping and applicable taxes. The all-in total payable (item price, shipping, applicable taxes, and any surcharge required to be disclosed under California, New York, Massachusetts, or Connecticut law) is shown at checkout before you authorize payment.
2.2 Sales tax is calculated at checkout where Bailar has economic nexus in the destination jurisdiction. International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT collected on delivery by the carrier; those amounts are your responsibility.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1 Misprint or defect. If an item arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or misprinted, contact shop@bailar.site within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Bailar will arrange a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item (including its share of shipping).
3.2 Sizing or change-of-mind. Because Shop items are printed on demand and do not enter Bailar inventory, we do not generally accept sizing or change-of-mind returns. Please consult the size chart on each product page before ordering.
3.3 Non-waivable consumer rights. Where local law gives you a non-waivable right to return goods (for example, the EU/UK 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right, where applicable), we will honour that right and instruct you on how to return the item. Returns under this Section 3.3 must be made in the original, unused condition; cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless local law requires otherwise.
3.4 Refund processing. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe; processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CUSTOMIZATION
4.1 Designs sold in the Shop are Bailar’s intellectual property or are licensed to Bailar. Personal use is permitted; commercial resale, bulk distribution, or counterfeit reproduction is not.
4.2 If we offer a custom-design product (for example, a Studio-branded item), you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any design you submit, that the design does not infringe third-party rights, and that the design does not violate the Community Guidelines or the Child Safety Standards. We may decline a custom order at our discretion.
5. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Some Bailar pages, including parts of the Shop, contain affiliate links that may earn Bailar a commission when you complete a purchase — for example, links to Fuego dance shoes (Refersion affiliate program) and to Amazon (Amazon Associates program). Affiliate revenue does not change the price you pay. Bailar is not the merchant of record for affiliate purchases; those transactions are governed by the merchant’s own terms. This disclosure is provided pursuant to the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
6. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
6.1 SHOP MERCHANDISE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET OUT IN SECTION 3.1 (MISPRINT OR DEFECT). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAILAR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6.2 Bailar’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a Shop order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. The Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service otherwise applies.
