I've always felt welcomed in the space. I believe the teachers make efforts to provide safety and comfort to all who participate. The physical space itself is always in great condition which makes my experience even better. It's always clean, smells great, and the aesthetics are beautiful. I also deeply align with the mission and ethos of Dancing Grounds, so naturally I feel at home. And lastly, but not least, the quality of the classes are undeniable. I am always being challenged and pushed while being given space to decide for myself what my limits are. I'll always support Dancing Grounds.

The class was fun and informative without any pressure as someone who doesn't have a lot of experience with dance. I came to have fun and move my body and I did just that!
