As a follow who’s taken classes at other studios, I’m used to sometimes feeling secondary to leads. Amy does not miss a thing when she’s teaching. I feel like I get so many valuable 1:1 teaching moments with her and her overall attentiveness is really refreshing. She’s also kind (no pretension, feels so inclusive) and she’s got a ton of sazón. They’ll remind you that their speakers cost $3,000, so don’t you dare look at them too hard. The glass doors? Untouchable. Pay your tuition!! Non-negotiable hidden fees!! Sell, sell, sell towels!!!! Towels???? Yes towels. They're dish towels with their names on it..... don't ask questions. Don't make group chats without the directors; can't have you asking questions. Don't make an "ugly face" on stage, you'll be publicly roasted. It's OK. Most people seem fully convinced that this emotionally confusing circus is just “the NY dance scene aesthetic.” Enjoy!”

• “I Love this place! Highly recommend for both beginners and advanced dancers who are seeking a challenge. Angel and Steph are wonderful teachers! Their classes are very well curated and all the techniques and tips they shared are very helpful. I found myself improving/learning all the time. In their class, Angel brings wittiness and creativity, Steph is the shining light 💡 that brings the sass and beauty. I love how they encourage all dancers to try, and cheer you up when you feel frustrated about not being able to follow, and motivate you to continue to get more out of each drill. They create a very positive learning experience that not only helps you with your 123 but also makes you a more confident dancer. The studio is brand new and you can tell that there are many efforts put into the making. The flooooooor is so smooth and it helps so much with spins! I hope in the future there can be more small workshops and boot camps (4 weeks, holidays etc.) for ppl who wanna taste the excitement of performing but can’t fully commit to joining a team. ;) Best wishes for the studio, the company and all of the amazing ppl here!”
