“The teaching and classes are excellent and effective. However, their business manners are questionable. Per my experience they didn’t share the contract that I had initially signed, and not the cancellation information either. When I stopped taking classes and didn’t signed the new contact for the next season, they still charge on my credit card and refused to refund. To build a community with a trust, it takes to live up with good business practices. I haven’t ever encountered similar issues with any other company before. After the open enrollment and credit card authorization signing, the copy of the contract and terms were not shared with me. It was clear that the program continues for 16 weeks and the restarts again, unlike a gym membership where you can go as you want at monthly basis. I attended at the program 15 weeks, only dropping out last week, and informed the instructor about not coming back. The renewal contracts were send over several weeks, which I didn’t sign, because I already moved. A proper business would openly share their contracts, and cancellation policies. This is not the first time I have taken dance lessons and haven’t ever had issues with other companies how they operate.”

“Tropik Vybe has been an incredible journey for me—not just because of everything I’ve learned, but because De’Jon and Clo teach with purpose and intention. I’ve been part of this studio for 2 years (5 cycles), and the learning never stops. They truly value everyone’s time, set clear and honest expectations, and consistently deliver a high-quality experience. I’m not sure what the future holds for me at Tropik Vybe or how long I’ll continue taking classes (hopefully for a long time!), but one thing is certain: no one in Dallas has the knowledge and structure that they bring to the table.
