The environment is welcoming and friendly, with plenty of smiles each time you take a lesson! It’s a great spot to meet new friends that plan social outings to numerous events! Oooh and the monthly El Destino Socials are 💯 a blast!!

I loved attending La Mecca! I started with the two-day On2 intensive, which was the perfect introduction for transitioning from On1 to On2 Salsa. After the intensive, I continued into monthly sessions, and both experiences were fantastic. I’ll admit, my brain was glitching a bit between old muscle memory and the new timing, but it was such a fun challenge. Laura is an amazing teacher – she brings such an incredible energy to every class, is super thorough, and I love how she pushes you to improve step by step. I really have to credit Laura's vision in La Mecca for kickstarting my On2 journey. Although some circumstances pulled me away far away from from the city, but I’d love to return and train here again when I can. The class sizes are perfect, and I love the extended class format. The split between footwork and partner work, which builds on fundamentals as well as introducing new twists is really well-balanced.
